He led several growth and transformation projects in the companies where he worked with a focus on business results (P&L), with excellence in managing multidisciplinary teams (Brazil and Latin America) in culturally diverse environments and complex organizational structures in companies such as Seagram (current Pernod Ricard), Bridgestone, Parmalat, Kaiser/Heineken, Mondelez and Nielsen. Professional experience in the United States, Europe and Latin America. Graduated in Business Administration, he is a former postgraduate professor in Marketing at ESPM.
