With a trajectory of more than five years in M&A, Bernardo has led a variety of projects across diverse industries, holding prominent positions such as Associate at Beta Finance and Coordinator at Koliver & Co. Additionally, he dedicated three years to the Restructuring and Performance Center, where he focused on turnaround and performance optimization projects.

Bernardo holds a degree in Business Administration from PUCRS, where he co-founded the Financial Market League and collaborated on management improvement projects for micro-entrepreneurs in partnership with SEBRAE. Known for his objective, proactive, and resilient profile, Bernardo stands out for his knowledge in M&A and corporate finance.
