Advisory Board MemberCesar is a lawyer graduated from UNIFMU, with a specialization in Tax Law, from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo. With more than 20 years of career, he initially dedicated himself to the Legal and Accounting area in tax consultancy at PricewaterhouseCoopers, offering strategic solutions for both companies and Expatriate Executives.
With a multifaceted career, Cesar joined Human Resources in 2007, standing out as a specialist in Human Capital, demonstrating his ability in managing executive recruitment projects. Throughout his journey, he has accumulated significant experience in conducting selection processes for C-level and middle management positions, and managing small to large clients, covering different areas and market segments.
Cesar consolidated his experience in renowned organizations, such as PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Michael Page and Five Tem Group, the latter being his first participation in a start-up. His professional contribution also extends to De Bernt Entschev Human Capital, where he worked throughout his executive career, leading attraction, development and coaching projects for C-Level.
For the last eight years he has worked as a Partner at IeTeam Brasil, being one of those responsible for starting the operation, putting into practice as a team and business generation manager his versatile knowledge highlighted in the legal, human resources and international business scenarios.
