With more than 30 years of experience as a senior executive, Michael was part of the team that executed the Safra family’s Equity Investment transactions. He was also CFO, COO and CEO of different Brazilian and multinational companies, such as ADT / Tyco, Claro (ex-BCP), UOL,
Saraiva, Omnilink (Pátria Investimentos). His experience as an executive includes turnarounds, business transformation, startups and performance improvement. He has a degree in Production Engineering from Escola Politécnica/USP and an MBA in Finance from the Catholic University of Leuven, in Belgium.
