24 years professional experience with the last 17 years as a team manager, working for multinational and family business companies (Coca-Cola/bottlers, Tate&Lyle, Mercedes-Benz, Asa Group) in FMCG categories (Food, beverage, dairy, hygiene and Cleaning) and Transformation (Cement).

Career developed in different areas: finance, Sales, Commercial Planning, Supply-Chain/Logistics, Production, Procurement, IT and HR.

As a General Manager/BU Head, I am leading a turnaround project in a Dairy Company acquired by Tate&Lyle.

In the family business, I acted in the commercial and finance restructuring of the business made by 5 categories (Food, beverage, hygiene and Cleaning, Agricultural and transformation).

Local and international teams leadership with more than 140 professionals, geographically dispersed throughout Central America, Brazil and Uruguay, with Global (USA) and Regional (GMs-Latin America) reports.

Experience in Turnaround projects, Mergers and Acquisitions, Joint Ventures and Business Startups, Strategic/Marketing Planning, GTM (go-to-market), Debt Restructuring and funding, Tax Planning, Operations Greenfield, Sourcing/Procurement, Internal Controls/Compliance.

Ability to create business opportunities from strategy until execution. Facility to inspire, delegate and manage high-performance teams focused in achieving company`s objectives. Relationship and communication with all hierarchical levels. Creativity and innovation in proposing solutions and making timely decisions.

Graduated in Business Administration, MBA in Finance and executive training outside Brazil with fluent English.
