M&A Advisory DirectorProfessionally, João Pedro stood out as a Senior Capital Markets Analyst at the Solum Group, in São Paulo, where he coordinated the first four IPOs of BEE4, the first stock exchange for SMEs in Brazil. He also works as a consultant in Corporate Finance in Europe, assisting in company sales and acquisition processes.
Previously, he was an M&A Associate at Koliver Merchant Banking in Porto Alegre, where he performed financial analyzes and valuation models, in addition to coordinating projects in various sectors, including retail and industry. He began his career as an M&A Analyst, developing skills in client presentations and confidential memos.
João Pedro is active in voluntary initiatives, actively participates in the Tomorrow Fund, the Endowment fund of the UFRGS Business School and has diverse interests, including capital markets, M&A, entrepreneurship, technology, education, tennis, cooking and travel.
