Founder & Managing Partner of 3Capital Partners, leader in M&A Advisory in the middle market, has over 30 years of experience — 17 of them serving as CEO & General Director in medium and large companies such as UOL, TECBAN and CATHO. He has solid experience in communicating with shareholders and leading executive directors, and in delivering Business Model Transformation, Turnaround and M&A. With a management style based on results/high performance and teamwork, Vieira has professional experience in the Services, Technology, Internet/Digital Companies, Telecom and Manufacturing sectors. He was successful in conducting/implementing restructuring and M&As, acting as main executive in four relevant business transformation/turnaround projects (DINAMICA PROTEX, T4F CIE, GPTI and INSTALARME AXXON).

The executive has the ability and seniority to negotiate with Funds, Banks, Financial Agents, Shareholders and multicultural teams. With professional experience in the United States and several Latin American countries, he is a certified advisor at IBGC, a Mentor at Endeavor and has an MBA in Advanced Management Program (INSEAD, France) and Dual Program (Cranfield University, England). He also studied at the École Superieur de Commerce in Lyon, France, and has a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from FGV and in Engineering from the Polytechnic University of São Paulo.
