Partner and Financial DirectorÉrika has in her professional biography expertise in administration and corporate consultancy, mastery in administrative and financial organizational systems, as well as solid knowledge and dynamism in the development of Human Resources.
Bachelor of Law from Universidade Paulista, and additional MBA in Business Management from FGV São Paulo.
She developed her financial knowledge as a Contract Analyst, Credit and Score Operator during her time at Unibanco/Itaú, improving her financial skills and competencies.
She served as CFO, Financial and Administrative Director at Central Dinâmica Comércio de Livros e Consultoria de Profissões LTDA, where, for more than 10 years, she developed proactive and strategic management, earning the institution, in 2006, the title of ‘COMPANY OF THE FUTURE’ conferred by ACARH – Brazilian Association of Professionals and Human Resources, and also a portfolio of consultancy and training for renowned clients such as Tetra Pak, Toyota, Campbombas, Senac, Brazilian Army, CAT and others.
He has broad versatility and competence in managing services to the end client, through professional and corporate courses in his areas of activity. She has a great commitment to social issues and is a collaborator at FIC – Fundação Irmã Clara, among others.
